how to enquire delay in receiving passport

I had my interview on sep4th at 1:15pm and i was told my visa is approved and was told i will receive the documents in 3-5 business days. Today is 5th business day (7th day) and i did not receive the email nor an update on their website. Is there anyway to enquire the status after 5th business day? Thanks!

Email Consulate. I did when my passport got delayed.

sratlanta hope you got your passport by now. Mine is also similar case , i attended interview on Auust 31st right before long weekend and have not got my passport back yet. I have no clue what they are doing.

emailed the consulate and they said its still under review and will let me know once the decision is made (i dont understand this part as i was told my visa is approved)

Naveena, when your passport was delayed how long did it took to get your passport in hand?

I havent received mine yet. There is no update on the website either. When i called them, they told me to wait for 2 weeks and call him if i still dont hear back anything...

I tried contacting contactus_en_CA@usvisa-info.com but they are saying they dont have any updates until the embassy/consulate returns the documents. Can you tell me the email address to contact to get status.

I just got my passport. It was delivered to Markham at 6:30am this morning and i picked it at 8am.
