HI

Is there any time period for which you need to stick to the current employer, after 140 has been approved? or you can change employer immediately after 140 has been approved , but still retain your PD?

Hi Attorney 6

Thanks for this clarification. So as I understand, once the I-140 has been approved , I have the option to change employer and carry over my PD. As mentioned, what would happen if the previous employer revokes the I-140 in following scenario:

1) Before I file I-140 with new employer.

2)I-140 filed with new employee but not approved.

3) I-140 approved with new employer.

Can you guide me as to what is the impact on my new perm application and I-140 in above 3 scenarios?

Appreciate your help

This is a common request, but, we are starting to see some problems where the prior employer requested revocation of the I-140. This is something that has just started as of the past few weeks.
