EC or EVC

I am planning to attend my H1-B stamping at Canada. Got a question, if I get a client letter from my manager mentioning my employer directly and not including the Vendor (EC Model). Does that work? Or it doesn't matter if I specify EVC model directly and take both client letter and vendor letter? My LCA and I129 have just client details. So, let me know guys.

Do you have PO between your employer and client?

Rule #1: Never lie to an immigration official.

If you are in an EVC model, do not try to hide that. If you lie about it, you could get banned for life.

@des.visa - yes, I believe my employer has PO from the Vendor for this client am working. Do we need to take that as well for the interview?

you have take as many docs as possible to prove that you are working legally and to prove that employer-employee relationship

The best optionn is like this....take a letter from your client with your employer name on it(don't mention any vendor name in client letter). Keep vendor letter, PO b/w employer and vendor with you. so if VO specially asks about vendor then show vendor letter until and unless never mention Vendor and Good luck.
