Hello All,

Just wanted to update you guys that i had an Visa Stamping interview at Vancouver on 26th July mine was renewal...last time i had stamping done at vancouver in November 2011.

Sorry for updating the experience little late..i was trying gather the experiences from all others who attended on 26th July

Visas Approved for people atleast i knew

24th July: 1

25th July: 3 People (Approved)

26th July: 10 People(10 Approved with 1 PIMS he got email yesterday July 31st)

27th: 4 People

30th: 6 People Approved

Below is my experience:

1) How long have you been working in US?

4 Years(1 year OPT + 3 Years H1)

2) How long have you been working for this Employer?

3.3 Years

3) Do you have a Client?

Yes

4) How long with Client?

3.3 Years

5) Were you on bench? Looks like your employer has put lot of clients Bench?

No I was always on project.

6) Show me the Paystubs?

Gave 1 year

7) Client Letter?

Gave

After this is started typing and continued typing for atleast 10 minutes...

8) Did you masters in US?

Yes

Thats it he gave back my Client letter and paystubs and said my visa was approved...

Apart from me we were like 10 people on the same Day all got Approved(while 1 got pims and got cleared yesterday)..we were all really worried about this number..but it was very good day for all us

So we picked up our passports on july 30th and one guy with PIMS he got email yesterday picked up his passport today...

Person 1 Experience:

Questions asked to me by VO:

1) Whom do you work for?

2) Do you have end client?

3) Do you have any issues with your employer?

4) Does he pay in time?

5) How long have you been working for current Client?

6) Have you ever been on bench?

7) Where did you do your Masters and from which university?

8) How did you get to know about your employer?

9) Where is your client located?

10) Can i see your LCA?

Approved

Person 2 Experience:

here is my interview Questions:

CO(Consular Officer) : Are you still with same employer?

me: yes

CO: How long have you been working for this employer?

me: close to 4 years

CO: Do you work for your employer or End Client

me: End Client

CO: Which one and Where?

me: XXXX , San Antonio Texas

CO: can i see your LCA?

me: sure

me: I made a mistake of giving entire petition but CO was cool and went through each page.. but i suggest only to give LCA ...only LCA (All CO's wouldn't be same)

CO: Give me your W2 and Pay Stubs

me: ok

CO: why is your pay not constant/consistent and its different each month? What is your Salary?

me: $xx,xxx and each month it varies depends on number of days and some extra work days

CO: Is it Overtime?

I said Yes

CO: Ok, Everything looks ok , your visa is approved and you will get the passport in 3-5 Business days

Collected Passport in Loomis Monday Morning (07/30/2012) at 8.15 AM :)

how do you report to your employer?

How does he supervises your work?

Did you visit your employer?

what is your pay/annum?

Asked for client letter,paystubs,LCA,I129,W2

Thanks all for posting the experiences..I have been following this forum from 6 months and it helped me a lot.

Hi Permaudit,

I am in the same situation. I changed my employer but working for same client( 3 months now), Befor i was in EVC model but now i am in EC model. My visa appointment is in SEP.

Do you mind posting what you answered for

why did you change your employer?

How does he supervises your work?

how do you report to your employer?

Through weekly status calls and Status reports

How does he supervises your work?

Through Weekly calls and provides technical training needed to accomplish task..
