zhanggw87 Posted July 24, 2012 Report Share Posted July 24, 2012 hi everyone!i have been waiting for my EAD for a long time and my EAD is based on a pending asylum application.i got the receipt on 23rd june. on 6th july, i was mailed a rfe because of my photo has a blue background not white and i mailed my new photo out on 13th july. on 20th july ,my case status changed to RFE response review. i wanted to know how long do i need to wait until my EAD get approved. PLS help me out!!i have been waiting for my interview for more than 8 months i do not want to wait for my EAD for a long time again. Link to comment
