hkola
Hi My company is filing my labor application by end of this week or early next week. I've mentioned my address according to AR11 form where i'm staying right now. Mid of next month i'm changing to new house and i will update my address in AR-11 form once i change my house. Can you please tell me whether thats going to be any problem, if thats the case i will not update my AR11 form with new address. Pls advise Thanks in advance.... Link to comment
shandan
You should always have you current address on file with USCIS (by filing AR-11), it is not an out of the world scenario where people move, so it is going to be ok for your labor application, anyways the Labor application is filed by the company and not by you so your address is not a concern for labor application as they will be communicating with the company and not you, if at all.
