prathimaswamy
No you cannot apply on a EB1 category. Indian experience is not counted while filing the GC and only Doctors, PhD holders are qualified for EB1. Good luck! Link to comment
pontevecchio
It would be extremely unlikely. Look at the USCIS site for eligibility or use GOOGLE and if you think you are eligible talk to a Lawyer first. Link to comment
pontevecchio
"Indian experience is not counted while filing the GC " Absolutely not true. But the OP does not seem qualified. He should talk to a Lawyer to discuss other possibilities. Link to comment

t75
There is no evidence that his job requires an MS - or that his employer wants to file for him. Link to comment

Irrelevant. This is for EB1 which is typically filed by the immigrant not employer (except I believe in case of MNC manager transfer) However, as others said, OP doesnt seem qualified for EB1 Link to comment
t75
He is more likely top be eligible for EB3 than EB1. [This message was edited by Admin on July 15, 2011 at 07:46 PM.] Link to comment
Worker11
You are not qualified for any of EB1's. Read the law very closely and thoughtfully. Perhaps EB3 in your case. Link to comment
