aturianilk Posted June 8, 2012 Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 I got H1B amendment approval for change of client and I have received I797A along with I-94. And the validity of this approval is through Sep 2014. My current visa/I797 is due for expiration Sep'2012. Can the H1 B amendment approval received be considered as extension as well or do I need to apply for fresh petition for my extension? Link to comment
