chakri78
Hi, I have submitted AOS (I485) application in April'2012 when my priority date was current and i got a letter from USCISC saying Application was received on 10th April 2012. I have received EAD with AP and biometrics are done. My priority date is Feb 2008 (EB2). Do i need to wait till my date becomes current to get green card or as my application was submitted when the priority date was current so there are chances of getting GC earlier? Thanks, Srikanth Link to comment
pramak9
Your PD has to be current for your I-485 to be approved. With the visa numbers unavailable till Oct 2012, There are less chances of approvals before that. Link to comment
Immigration123
you would have to wait till your priority date become current again to have your I485 approved and gc card send, however in case of uscis determine they would need more information or determined you are ineligible for GC, you may recieve RFE or denial of I485 application. nothing in our hand now but just to wait and pray. Good Luck for your GC Link to comment

SameerH1Bworker
There is no visa number left. So, you need to wait untill you PD becomes current. There are so many post related to this topic in this forum. Link to comment
