H1b Amendment Premium processing time.

Hello folks,

Can I H1b Amendment Premium processing time since date of application receipt by uscis. And do we need to carry original or copy will be fine ?

In which cases H1b amendment is mandatory.

My case : I did my h1 extension (OCT 2011) with New york LCA (Client A). and then I changed to client B in Little rock(AR) in Jan 2012 then immediately changed LCA. Now If I need to go for stamping is H1 B amendment mandatory.

If you apply for ammendment in regular process it takes the same time as h1 extn on regular process. Premium takes 2 weeks
