abc.123
My brother got his h1b approved in April 2012. In his h1b petitition he found that his degree equivalance certificate shows wrong college name and graduation years(1994-1998 instead of 2006-2010). However his transcripts and other supporting documents shows correct details. Please let me know how serious this issue can be for his next h1b approvals or green card process? How can this be corrected or Does his company needs to file petition again? Please advice. Thank you very much for your help. Link to comment
wiweq
H1b petition is owned by employer. Ask them to fix it. They should submit the amendments to USCIS and get new I797. Keep all emails as records. Link to comment
