Hi,

My H1B 6th year extension was filed based on approved PERM under regular processing. I have received receipt notice.

After one week of filing H1B extension, I140 was approved.

Is it possible to change the H1B application to grant an extension of 3 yrs. Note that currently H1B extension is applied for 1 yr as it was applied based on approved PERM.
