Cancelled visa H1B transfer

Recently I went for visa stamping for my h1b extension in mexico. But they cancelled my current visa with "cancelled without prejudice" due to w2 and delayed entry to US after stamping. Now I am in temporary I94 and need to reappear for visa stamping in India. I have multiple questions here

1. Can I apply for H1B transfer through Company B without reappearing for the visa interview of company A's approved I797? Will the cancelled visa raise concerns for the Consular if I appear for the company B's I797?

2. What would be the statute for applying for h1b transfer or New H1B?

3. Will the H1B transfer will have any implications from previous w2's?

4. Or do I need to apply for new H1B under 2012 quota?

5. If the company B applies for same project with the same Vendor and Client will it have any implications on my transferred H1B with Company B?

Please can anybody post your comments as this is urgent. Need some valuable suggestions as early as possible.
