L2 to H1 conversion

Hi All,

Currently I am working on my L2- EAD and my company wants to file my H1 in this June. While my status change is pending can I travel to India?

I have two questions here.

1 > While I am in India if my H1 gets approved should i go for stamping?

2>In case my H1 is not approved can I return back on my L2 and work on my EAD?

Generally, the change of status request is abandonded if the beneficiary travels while the application is pending and the petition can only be approved for consular notification.
