prasad78 Posted May 24, 2012 Report Share Posted May 24, 2012 Hi, I have applied for my EAD and 485 in EB2 on Jan 13th and received EAD in Feb 2012, 485 is still pending. I am on the bench with my current employer and have to find a project before June 15th(only 5 months will be completed), otherwise company will terminate me. If they terminate me before my 180 days gets completed. Is my status is going to be out-of-status after June 15th? If i find another job with a different employer using my current EAD will it create any issues for my 485? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks. Link to comment

What happens to my EAD and pending 485 if I get laid-off? 2. What happens to my EAD and pending 485 if I find another job and leave my employer? Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted June 1, 2012 Report Share Posted June 1, 2012 If they terminate you it may imply their sponsorship of your GC is terminated. Hence you should wat for 6 months post AOS and jump to a similar job in a different company...AC21. Also talk to your Lawyer. Link to comment
