nick12345 Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 My name is Nageshwar Rao Miryala,I am on H1 from 10-01-2008 to 09-20-2011,But never used my H1 that means never got any paycheck on my H1 because I never worked on my H1.I got married on 03-20-2009 to my wife.My wife got GreenCard on 11-22-2007 on employement base.Now my questions are 1,ritenow can my wife file for me to get my EAD or any kind of Work permit? 2,If USCIS calls for interview while my wife on Greencard will they take in account my H1b violations? 3,One of the lawyers office ready to file I-130 now itself and Later they want to file for my EAD also,how far is it safe to do? Why do people like you do this to yourself? It is easy to fulfill the requirements; you chose not to do so. Whatever the consequences or costs, you brought them onto yourself. Link to comment
