Sheshi Posted May 23, 2012 Report Share Posted May 23, 2012 Hi all, My LCA is been approved for 2013 H1 cap.Just want to check how soon i need to apply for H1.Since i am still waiting for my foreign degree evaluation.Is there any supporting link to know the process after LCA approval. livliv Posted May 23, 2012 Report Share Posted May 23, 2012 Your employer and their lawyer will know the best. It is their petition after all. They can send the petition as soon as they get the evaluation. If you are presently in the US, it will include change of status and you can begin working after approval on Oct 1. If you are outside the US, you will have to apply for Visa at a US Consulate near you and travel to US on or after Oct 1 to work for this employer. Link to comment
