nofas
Hello all , I am planning to go to Vancouer for MY H-1B stamping. I work for a consulting firm (EC model). I understand that an LCA needs to be updated every time my client changes, which happens every 6 months or so. I never went for stamping so far but since I am planning to now, I was wondering if an amended H-1B is required? Should I ask my HR folks to apply for the amendment or an updated LCA is sufficient? I have gone through this forum and I am still not exactly clear on this. Any advice is appreciated. Note: My original H-1B was filed with my location mentioned as that of my company and not the client. Link to comment
wiweq
Some people have reported here that an amended H1b petition is also required along with LCA update. Link to comment
kalyan_ac
If the client location is significantly different than your previous client location, it is required to file for a h1b amendment with your new LCA for the new location. Link to comment
