Apply for GC twice....am I allowed?

Hi,

Me and my spouse are on H1B currently. My wife's first 6 yrs of H1B is going to expire in Sep 2013 and mine in Nov 2014. My wife's employer is willing to file for her PERM before Sep 2012. If she includes me into the application and also if the dates won't become current by Oct 2013, can I be able to file for another GC petition through my employer or a self petition?

There is no such thing as "including" anyone. Everyone files their own I-485, which is the actual green card application. You should file one I-485, however, you may have multiple immigrant petitions, i.e. I-140s or I-130s or such.
