H1 Transfer Employee-Employer relation RFE

Hi all,

Last month i moved from Company A to Company B having a petition number, which was applied in PP.

I got an RFE for Employee Employer relationship. (asking for all the 9 documents I9, client letter, SOW, Position Description, Itinerary of Services, Offer Letter and agreement). I have all these documents.

The concern i have is my client letter shows only 6 months and my manger is unable to fill the itinerary of services beyond 6 months.

Will this be considered as body shopping by USCIS and any possible chances of rejection?

Can you please help me out here. I am unable to handle this wait time.

Don't worry; your employer will reply this query. They have paid for this H1b processing and know better about the project contract with client and related paperwork. If everything is legitimate, chances of approval is high. In my view, H1b can be applied for 3 months long project too.
