pontevecchio
All you need to do is to get a H1 sponsor to file a H1 petition based on your credentials. You do not have to cover all periods. You are allowed to be unemployed in the meanwhile. Do not overthink this and only supply letters which are true and only if requested by your H1 sponsor. Link to comment
thums123
For any immigration purpose you have to show only the real experience. So yes you will have trouble showing the experience for which you have not worked. Link to comment
