DS 160 for H4 visa - Principal applicant?

I am filling out DS-160 form for H4 visa.

1. In DS 160, it asks for Principal applicant. Are they asking for principal applicant of petition or principal applicant of H4 visa? Should I enter my name or my spouse name (H1 applicant)?

2. Next they ask for Petition number. I have two petition numbers - H1 of my spouse and my H4. Which should I enter?

Please advise.

Both the name and petition # should be of the principal applicant which in this case is your husband.
