Can we work with EAD RENEWAL receipt

HI ,

I applied my EAD RENEWAL.

I stopped working because my previous EAD got expired.

Its almost 70 days over since i submitted my application.Now the USCIS has asked me to wait for 5 more days then they said they will raise an e-request and let me know where my case stands.

My question :

Can one resume job with the EAD renewal receipt after 75 days are over from the case submission date.

Experts please reply.
