luck2u Posted April 24, 2012 Report Share Posted April 24, 2012 Is there any particular time period to change employer when we are on I-140 i.e., if my I-140 got approved in April' 2012 and got H1B extension approved in May'2012 for 3 years with Employer A. Can I transfer my H1B to Employer B immediately (for say in June'2012) or do I need to be with Employer A for any certain period and then only I can transfer my H1B to use the priority date which my PERM was filed by Employer A?
