laks579
Hi, My company started GC filing and my attorney raised the following doubt : 1) i have completed my bachelors in the year May, 2005 and I took my certificate in 2006 , so university stamped date on which I took certificate is 13th July 2006 . My attorney says that , USCIS might consider the later date(2006 July) as my passed out year and from that day he is considering experience for filing the GC. I have joined the current company in Dec 2010 and if my attorney considers my experience from 2006 , then the prior experience will be < 5 years(before the join of this company) and will not come under EB2. I started working from July 2005 and joined this company in Dec 2010 . This requirement would suffice for EB2 . what is the chance of I-140 getting denied , when filing GC with passed out year of my bachelors as May 2005? Thanks in Advance. Link to comment
wiweq
=> Paystubs from July, 2005 to July 2006 and letter from your university can reply to the RFE from USCIS. Link to comment
