Work on EAD with I-485 Pending less than 180 days?

Hi,

I am currently employed with my GC sponsor on H1-B. My Priority Date is 24 Sep 2009 in EB2 category.

My I-485 & I-765 were filed on 08 Feb 2012 in EB2.

I have received my EAD + Advance Parole (I-512) Combo Card valid from 15 Mar 2012 for a year.

1) Currently I do not have a job - I used to work on contracting role for a Client company through my GC Sponsor company. Can I the Client company as they are OK to hire me full-time but not on a contract role

2) In short can I change my job with the EAD or do I have to wait for 180 days for I-485 in pending status?

3) Do I have to take any specific action when I change my employer using the EAD, like notify UCICS etc?

Does AC21 have any bearing on the job change using EAD?

4) Can I work on W2 or is this NOT applicable to me?
