7th Year H1b renewal and transfer

Hello All,

I would really appreciate it if some one could give me some advice.

I have a Approved I-140 with pd Jan 2008.

My 7th year extension is coming up in a months time and I got a new employer who is willing to wait for 2 months.

I am planning to do premium filling and hence I should be able to get the H1-B renewal in 15 days. However can i start the visa transfer process to the new employer with in 2 days of getting the approval with premium processing .

I don't care much about the i-140 and perm process currently.

You mean going for visa stamping immediately after h1 approval?
