H1b Transfer - Different Job Title (and description) between offer letter and LCA/Petition

Hi Forum members,

I have recently transferred my H1b from Company A to Company B. In the offer letter the title was Technology Manager and in the H1b petition and LCA the title is mentioned as Lead Developer. In the company hierarchy Lead Developer is one level lower than the Technology Manager.

Could some one shed light on any potential issues because of this especially when I file PERM in the next 3 months and I-140 subsequently?

If so what could be done to solve this?

PS: I am in the 10th year on H1b and I have an approved I-140 which I used to get a 3 year extension in the new H1b.
