am i eligible for EB2?

I have 3yrs bachelors + 1 yr Diploma, both from Osmania Univ, India. My current job decription says " bachelors degree + 7yrs expereince", I wud like to know if i am eligible to file EB2 and then port by EB3 PD. My attorney says my indian bachelors is not considered as bachelors in USA but when i did my education evaluation for my MBA program it came out as equivalent to US bachelors degree, how should i proceed?

BTW. I also have masters from USA though i understand my job requirement shud have masters but just want to share that with you all.
