KIPXXX Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 I have filed on June 1st for my Wife but haven't received receipt number yet for her. PD - AUG 2006 NSC I called the USCIS and was informed to call after 10 days if I still haven't received Receipt Number. Link to comment

Yes I have checked that one too, I don't find any Receipt number at the back of the check. All I see is the "Chase bank" details with bank address. i guess only other option is to wait for the physical Receipt notice which will be mailed. Link to comment

Thanks for your help -------- You need I-140 Receipt/Approved Copy as well as I-485 Receipt Notice, Also if you could check the I-485 Form Instructions from USCIS site, you will know all the documents. khans6uf Posted July 15, 2011 Report Share Posted July 15, 2011 My PD: September 2006 GC approved and received June 14th Wife I485, EAD and aP application reached USCIS on June 6th. Received receipt notices on June 13th (for Nebraska center). No biometric till now. However, I just checked her case status and it shows last updated on July 14th 2011. My/Primary GC approved on June 6th and cards came to home in 3 business days. Still waiting for Spouse application status. Not sure when it goona be? any ideas? Thank you Link to comment
