H4 with I129 Approval or I140 Approval

Hi, I am having valid H1B which expires on Feb 2012. Currently I am in the 6th year on H1B. Also, I am having approved I140. Now we are planning go for H4 visa stamping in Chennai for my new born baby. One more note, baby born after my I140 approval and already my wife is having H4 stamped. Now I want to know, whether I need to aply H4 for my son based on I140 or I129 aproval and anywhere I need to mention that I have the aproved I140

Experts could you please help me.
