logesh
Hi, I have seen a article in murthy.com about the H1B Cap exemption for individuals who had H1B status in last six years. In my case, I had filed H1B petition for the year 2007 (filed on Apr2006), luckily I got the H1B, WAC number from the lottery system. But due to recession I didnt proceed further, infact i didnt even go for visa stamping. In this case am i exempted from the H1B cap as I had H1B in the last six years or will i be excluded only if I had entered US with H1B stamping. Can you please help me. Regards Logesh Link to comment
