I applied H1B transfer under regular processing to Company B and it is pending status and I have started working for Company B on receipt notice. Question: I got an offer from Comp C and want to join same - Can I apply for H1B transfer with Company C while my H1b transfer to Company B is pending ? Please let me know your valuable answers.
