swatinainwal Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 HI- Need urgent help. I am on H4, My Husband's H1 transfer and Extension is in progress. I think it will take 1.5/2 more months to get the approval and documents. My current I94 and H4 Visa is valid till Dec 2012. Due to some emergency, i need to travel to India, is it advisable to travel while the extension process in on. I can come back one his H1 is approved and he get all the documents. Pls reply.
