kalyan_ac Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 That will not effect your h1b processing but when do you plan to return as that changes a lot of dynamics. Will your h1b filed as a COS?If that is filed as COS the moment your h1b gets approved your EAD becomes void and you will have to go to stamping before you try to enter US. Link to comment
