My interview Experience at Vancouver(Feb29th Wednesday)

VO: Are you here for H1B Visa

Me: yes

VO: Did you do your Undergraduation or Graduation

Me: Gradution.

Vo:Where and What is your major

Me: ******

Vo:Can you give me 1-129 and I-797

Me:given

Vo: who is your End Client

me: ****

Vo: who is your previous client

me: ****

Vo: Can you give me u r latest LCA

me: given

Vo Was looking at the page 4 of 1-129 since the location intended to work was different from LCA and was examining my i129 for long time and noted some points on his system

So Make sure that you have your H1 amended..if client is changed

Vo: Asked for my client letter

saw Client letter and say that the letterhead seems to be original but seems like you just printed it out and got.

ME: I said they had to print it out and give me

Vo: Is this your manager's Signature

Me:Yes

He said he will inform me by friday. he wrote 221g and PIMS on the application (I could see it) but did not give me any form ..

He called my Manager and verified my employment and my end Date.

Are you on EVC model? Did they call your employer manager or your client manager? If they called your client manager, did they ask anything about employee-employer relationship or just whether you are really working at client location?
