March H1B premium processing time-california service center

receipt date- march 6th. premium processing

status- acceptance

we applied h1b on Mar 5th via fedex. Fedex tracking shows uscis received teh package on mar 6th.

Still no receipt. Any one has any thoughts?

if it is a regular processing it takes time to get the receipt.

upgraded from regular to premium - regular was filed in oct, 20.

Its been a long, painful wait :-(

approved. checked at 8pm ESt. received on 6th and approved on 9th.thank u everyone.

Any update on your statuses?

I am in same state. My H1B COS was applied to California Service Center as premium processing petition. Following are my dates:

Receipt date : 03/05/2012

Acceptance date: 03/06/2012

Still in acceptance state.

Hopefully I get response in a couple of days.

My H1B petiton is filed in October in California Service Center(CSC) and I got an RFE on 16th feb. My lawyer told she sent sent the documents last week. But I am still seeing the status to be RFE and not RFEresponsereview. How much time does USCIS take to update the status? My petition is in regular process and when can we expect a decision from USCIS?
