Today 6 of us were at Counsulate.4 are on EVC and 2 are on EC model.All of them got approved. Questions asked for me. Is it your First H1? Who is ur Client, where is it located and show ur Client letter? Who is ur Employer and where iis it located? Show ur I129 petition Show ur LCA What is ur Annual Salary? Where did u do ur masters? What is the gap between Present and previous client? Other Questions that were asked to My Friends Where did u do masters? Relation between Employer, Employee and Client. What r ur roles and responsibilities Show ur recent paystubs How do u communicate with ur employer? I Found most of other Country citizens also got their H1 Approved.None of us got PIMS Issue.
