How much time it will take to ge tthe labour approve. After labour approve can I applied I140 as permium with 485. Can I apply 485 without my wife and Kid here After approval can I travell to India on EAD ,,, After approval of EAD and green card with in how many days I need to apply for my wife and kid for 485.
