umathew
Hi, Please Help.. Need some advice !! Here is my situation. I had my EB3 I-140 approved with priority date as NOV 2008. But since the priority date was not current then, we didn't file 485. Later, I moved to a new company, which filed for my EB2 I-140. The priority date on the approval for EB2 140 is Nov 2010. My question is. Can I file for 485 now? if yes what are the steps i have to follow? (Please note that my eb3 priority date was not ported to my eb2 approval.) Thanks in advance Regards DM Link to comment
Belle
You can file I-485. All you need is proof that you had an approved I-140 with Nov 2008 priority date. Link to comment
