H1 transfer issues

Hi ,

I am currently on H1B extenstion ( extended after july 2011) from one of the company from June 2010. I went on maternity leave( 8 weeks ) and exentended maternity leave ( 6 month ) provided by my company .I am opting switch the comapany.For H1 B transfer ,they ask for recent pay stubs ,last I recieved pay stub was in July 2011 ,after that I dint recieve any paystub as I am on leave. Will it be any problem for H1B transfer now.

But I do have Indian pay slip for only base salary ( thats the company rule to pay very little base salaty in india) .

Please let me know how does it work for visa transfer?Should I stick with the same company ?
