H1B in process entering on L1B

Hi

Situation:

- Currently in India with company A

- Company B filled H1B which is in process;

- Now company A filled L1B Blanket and travelling to US on L1B after one month

(Note: H1B is not filled as COS as it is filled before L1B)

Query:

1. What will happen if H1 gets approved in next one month i.e. before I enter in US on L1B.. will it cancel my L1B?

2. What will happen if H1 gets approved after I enter in US .. will it cancel my L1B and make me out of status?

Since you have not applied for COS Nothing should change.Mearly having a petition will not be enough.If you are in India you will have to get visa stampped and if you are in USA you'll have to change your status for the h1 to be effective.
