amar14 Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 Hi, I worked for company A till end of jan. But I tried to transfer my H1B to company B in Feb and it got denied. I do have a project with a well know client and two layers in between. My question is, since my transfer got denied, I am going back to my old company (company A). And I do have my extension due in 1 month through company A. So is it safe for me to apply with the same project with the same two layers in between.Does USCIS have all the information about my transfer denied few weeks ago. Thank you Link to comment
