alexanderqueinten
Greetings Gurus , I am currently on an L1-B Visa which expires on 10 Mar 2012 . My company has filed for my COS to an H1-B visa but there is no decision yet from USCIS even after more than 4 months . 1. Can I stay in the country after 10 Mar ? 2. In the worst case if the COS to H1-B is denied , how much time do I have to leave the country ? Thanks for your replies ... Alex. Link to comment
livliv
If your L1B I-94 expires on Mar 10, 2012, you can stay in the US based on pending change of status, but you cannot work after I-94 expiry. If H1 is denied, you will have to leave immediately. Link to comment
