Feb 28- rfe responded ( yes there was a huge delay)

March 2 - rfe response received by vsc I think

and now waiting for approval

Waiting in India for last 3 months

I wonder what other surprise is in store

Its 10 days and still waiting

3months since we r waiting in India for docs to arrive and still no trace of it

iI have question about my case may be anybody can helpme!!!!

i was applied H1B extension 7th year, premium process at VSC on october 2011 i got RFE than i replied Again i had 2nd RFE on december2011 i replied on march2012 now iam waiting for approval....

Anybody have similar RFE like 2 or more RFE???? will anybody can help me please.

OK finally

Sep last week papers were sent

Later upgraded to premium

Dec 13 - rfe

Feb 28 - docs sent

March 2 - receipt of rfe docs

March 12 - approved status on website also updated

Sum times when uscis is not convinced abt ur evidence sent to them they ask u for other evidence

U shud be happy they gave u another chance to prove ur evidence

Finally approved on 16th March, 2012.. going for stamping on monday 26th - toronto consulate.. anyone been there? any expereience?

Could you please tell me when is the latest date available for H1 visa interview in toronto. I am planning to attend in next month. Are they easily available or busy. I mean can we get the dates in 10 days of time.
