on EAD and getting married

I am on EAD and I am getting married to a girl from India in late August and my priority date is Apr 07. What are my options here? I dont have time to go back on H1 status and get my spouse on H4.

Any help is appreciated.

please consult a lawyer.

your spouse will need to apply on her own merit to come to US if you cannot provide her with derivative H4 status, or she has to maintain her own status while she is in the US. she will be eligible for follow to join benefit if you got married before your GC approval.
