hmaster Posted February 25, 2012 Report Share Posted February 25, 2012 It's purely a chance as it was with your first time stamping. I would say it's surely worth taking a risk. Your existing admin processing may take a very long time to get over of if they send it to USCIS for review it could take approx. 6 - 18 months or in cases even more. Best is to give it a shot with new employer while you wait for the existing petition to get resolve. Link to comment

Did you get 221g in ur 1st interview, then your case was sent back to USCIS , got reaffirmed - that's when u went in for 2nd time interview & now with Indian MNC its the 3rd stamping ???
