jai5 Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 Hi my H1 is filed for amendment due to change in job location.I came to USA on L1 and got COS to H1 so did my wife to H4. My daughter who was studying in India is coming here in April.Can she go for H4 stamping when amendment is in process? I have submitted all the required project documentation for the amendment. rrr2008 Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 My wife recently went for H4 stamping, when my H1b amendment is in process. There are no issues. You need to have new employment verification letter, H1B amendent receipt notice, New LCA and I129 petition that you send to USCIS. are you doing full time or EVC? Link to comment
