H1 Extension in process; H4 going for stamping

My H-1 and I-94 are expiring soon and i would be getting extension filed on regular process. my spouse on H-4 has gone to india on vacation and has to go for visa stamping so that my spouse can come back. Will it be a problem if my extension is in process when my spouse appears for stamping? or do i need to file my extension after my dependent gets visa?

Your dependents will need the latest H1 approval notice to apply for their H4 Visas. If the current petition has expired at that time, they will need to wait until you receive the extended approval notice.
