Pooja25us Posted February 16, 2012 Report Share Posted February 16, 2012 Current work model- Company A-Vendor A-Client A H1 Transfer applied without End Client letter to Company B Work Model will be Company B-Company A-Vendor A-Client A Work location/position/end client is the same Now received RFE for Employer-Employee relationship, but do not have any documentation (paystubs/health insurance) from Company B, instead have from Company A RFE Response will be -Offer Letter from Company B -End Client A letter -Vendor A Letter -Company A Letter -ALL Agreements b/w companies -Client emails, photos, etc as proof that i am working @ client A Will this be enough? Is it OK without having any documents from Company B to Respond to RFE? what are approval chances from VT processing center Link to comment

Wrong, IF you've all contract paper work then it works. Last month only two of my friends got their H1B transfer approved with EVVC & EVC model. Link to comment
